Cursor Origin (DECOM)

If set, the origin of the coordinate system is relative to the current scroll region.

The origin is used by:

request cursor position report, set cursor position, cursor vertical position absolute, cursor horizontal position absolute, alias: set cursor position, restore cursor, restore cursor

The following sequences will force the cursor to be in the scrolling region if this mode is set.

carriage return, next line, cursor next line, cursor previous line
if mode linefeed mode is active: line feed, vertical tab, form feed

If set the cursor is moved to the top left of the current scroll region.

Vte moves the cursor to the top left of the current scroll region on mode reset too.
