Restore saved terminal title (or icon name) from the stack.

Does nothing if the stack is empty.
If cmd = 0 or cmd = 2 restores and removes the terminal title from the stack, otherwise removes the saved terminal title from the stack without restoring it.
If cmd = 0 or cmd = 1 restores and removes the terminal icon name from the stack, otherwise removes the saved icon name from the stack without restoring it.
🛆 vte does not support the icon title and just ignores the sequence if cmd = 1.
