When this mode is active Alt + Key sends ESC1b  + the key for printable inputs instead of forcing the 8th bit of the character to high.

urxvt ( ✓ )

urxvt acts as if this mode is permanently set. The mode itself is not supported.

vte ( ✓ )

If this mode is unset alt does nothing to printable characters. It's completely ignored.

konsole ( ✓ )

urxvt acts as if this mode is permanently set. The mode itself is not supported.
